Classic Door Crown
Polure classic door crowns add stately architectural grandeur above interior door frames and exterior entryway architraves. Manufactured from high-density rigid polyurethane (150-220 kg/m³), these pediment door headers deliver wood-like durability and mechanical impact resistance without placing excess strain on wall structures. Featuring a closed-cell composition with water absorption below 1%, they will never rot, swell, or cultivate mold in humid indoor areas or exposed exterior portals. Engineered to endure extreme temperature shifts from -100 °C / +80 °C with B2 fire safety performance, each crown comes pre-treated with a factory white acrylic primer. Installation is executed using continuous polyurethane assembly adhesive reinforced with mechanical countersunk screws. Lightly sand (180-220 grit) before applying high-grade topcoat paint.
