Precision-molded from high-density rigid polyurethane (150-220 kg/m³), this crown molding combines sharp architectural lines with exceptional impact resistance while remaining light enough to eliminate installation strain. Its non-porous closed-cell structure keeps water absorption under 1%, safeguarding the trim against swelling, warping, and mold in bathrooms, kitchens, and wellness areas. Rated B2 for fire safety and thermally resilient between -100 °C / +80 °C, it maintains long-term structural integrity. Supplied factory-primed with a smooth white acrylic coat, it requires 45-degree miter cuts using a fine saw, a continuous bead of PU assembly adhesive along rear contact points, and mechanical fixing with countersunk screws. Fill screw holes with acrylic putty, sand smooth with 180-220 grit, and finish with water-based paints.
