Polure Ceiling Cornice provides a majestic crown transition between walls and ceilings, elevating interior spaces with timeless architectural detailing. Precision-engineered from high-density rigid polyurethane (150-220 kg/m³), this decorative cornice combines the crisp detail of traditional plaster with lightweight handling and structural impact resistance. Its closed-cell foam matrix maintains water absorption under 1%, preventing warping, rot, or mildew formation even in high-humidity environments like bathrooms and kitchens. Operating reliably across temperature ranges from -100 °C / +80 °C, it carries a certified B2 fire safety classification. Installation requires applying a continuous bead of polyurethane assembly adhesive on all wall and ceiling contact edges, complemented by mechanical screw anchoring; silicone adhesives are strictly forbidden. Joint connections and countersunk screw locations must be filled with acrylic putty and sanded smooth with 180-220 grit sandpaper. Pre-primed with a high-quality white acrylic primer, Polure Ceiling Cornice accepts any standard interior water-based or synthetic paint.
