Installation requires clean surfaces, applying a continuous bead of polyurethane assembly adhesive on wall-ceiling contact backs and mitered joints, supplemented by countersunk screws. Silicone adhesive is strictly prohibited. Joint seams and countersunk screw holes are filled with acrylic filler, sanded smooth with 180-220 grit paper, and finished with water-based or synthetic paints.
