Ceiling Corner Decoration

Polure ceiling corner decorations present ornate sculptural elements engineered to join ceiling coving mouldings seamlessly at internal room corners. Molded from high-density rigid polyurethane (150-220 kg/m³), these ceiling accents offer wood-equivalent mechanical strength while remaining lightweight to prevent sagging or stress on ceiling plasterboard. Their closed-cell structural matrix keeps water absorption below 1%, providing complete immunity to steam, humidity, rot, and mold in upper wall-ceiling junctions of bathrooms and kitchens. Fire-rated to B2 standards and stable from -100 °C / +80 °C, every unit comes factory pre-coated with white acrylic primer. Installation requires clean surfaces, applying a continuous bead of polyurethane assembly adhesive on wall-ceiling contact backs and mitered joints, supplemented by countersunk screws. Silicone adhesive is strictly prohibited. Joint seams and countersunk screw holes are filled with acrylic filler, sanded smooth with 180-220 grit paper, and finished with water-based or synthetic paints.
