Timber End Caps

Polure timber end caps deliver a clean, authentic wood-grain closure for decorative ceiling beams, timber headers, and wall accents. Precision-molded from high-density rigid polyurethane (150-220 kg/m³), these end caps recreate real timber end textures while providing high mechanical impact strength at a lightweight mass. With a closed-cell matrix absorbing less than 1% water, they prevent swelling, rotting, warping, or insect damage in indoor and outdoor settings subject to temperatures from -100 °C / +80 °C. Rated B2 for fire safety, each end cap comes factory-primed with a smooth white acrylic coat. Installation is executed using continuous polyurethane assembly adhesive on joint faces paired with mechanical countersunk screws. Fill screw heads with acrylic putty and sand smooth prior to applying wood stain or acrylic paint.
