Polure carved scroll reliefs bring classical volute curves, ornate acanthus flourishes, and refined architectural accents to door frames, pediments, and wall panels. Molded from high-density rigid polyurethane (150-220 kg/m³), these scroll ornaments provide wood-like mechanical durability and sharp relief definition without chipping or cracking. Featuring a closed-cell polymer core with water absorption under 1%, they offer complete immunity to moisture, rot, and mold growth in both interior and protected exterior spaces. Designed to operate reliably across extreme temperatures from -100 °C / +80 °C with Class B2 fire safety certification, every scroll relief arrives factory pre-coated with white acrylic primer. Installation requires applying continuous polyurethane assembly adhesive to contact surfaces (silicone is strictly forbidden), combined with mechanical screw attachment. Countersunk screw holes are filled with putty, sanded smooth with 180-220 grit paper, and painted.
