Polure carved appliques present decorative wood-style relief plaques, classical central crests, and floral scroll overlays for walls, cabinetry, and door panels. Precision-molded from high-density rigid polyurethane (150-220 kg/m³), these appliques combine wood-like mechanical durability with intricate carved detail without cracking or chipping over time. Featuring a closed-cell polymer structure with water absorption under 1%, they offer complete protection against humidity, swelling, and mold growth in living spaces or damp environments. Engineered to perform reliably across extreme temperatures from -100 °C / +80 °C with Class B2 fire safety certification, every applique arrives factory pre-primed with smooth white acrylic primer. Installation involves applying continuous polyurethane assembly adhesive to rear contact faces (silicone is strictly forbidden), combined with mechanical screw attachment into wall anchors. Countersunk screw holes are filled with putty, sanded smooth with 180-220 grit paper, and painted.
