Polure boiserie panel inserts offer architectural structure and sophisticated wall framing for interior spaces. Manufactured from high-density rigid polyurethane (150-220 kg/m³), these wall panel components feature wood-like mechanical strength and sharp, deep relief details without adding heavy weight to your walls. Their closed-cell formulation ensures water absorption remains under 1%, protecting against rotting, swelling, or mold in moisture-prone rooms such as bathrooms and hallways. Engineered to endure thermal fluctuations between -100 °C / +80 °C, they carry a B2 fire safety rating. Delivered with a factory-applied white acrylic primer, they are ready for immediate painting. Installation requires clean wall surfaces, a continuous line of polyurethane assembly adhesive on all contact edges, and mechanical screw fasteners. Joints and countersunk screw locations are seamless when filled with acrylic filler and sanded before applying topcoat paint.
