Embossed Wall Trim

Polure embossed wall trim features detailed tactile patterning and distinct architectural relief designed to enrich wall paneling and framing systems. Manufactured from high-density rigid polyurethane (150-220 kg/m³), this trim profile delivers wood-like mechanical toughness while maintaining a lightweight structure that eases wall mounting. Thanks to a closed-cell physical matrix, water absorption remains strictly below 1%, rendering the material completely immune to swelling, rot, warp, or mold growth in bathrooms, kitchens, basements, and exterior entryways. Operable within temperature limits from -100 °C / +80 °C, it possesses a B2 flame-retardant safety rating and comes pre-primed with a white acrylic coating. Installation requires applying continuous polyurethane assembly adhesive along back ridges and securing with mechanical countersunk screws; silicone bonding is strictly prohibited. Joint seams and countersunk screw locations are filled with acrylic filler, sanded smooth with 180-220 grit paper, and finished with interior water-based or exterior elastic UV-resistant topcoats.
