Boiserie Corner Trim

The boiserie corner trim by Polure delivers classic French wainscoting character and refined geometric framing to interior walls. Crafted from high-density rigid polyurethane (150-220 kg/m³), this trim component exhibits wood-equivalent mechanical strength while being light enough for straightforward wall mounting. Its closed-cell composition ensures water absorption remains below 1%, guarding against swelling, rot, and mold in moisture-prone rooms such as bathrooms and kitchens. Capable of enduring temperatures from -100 °C / +80 °C without warping, it holds a Class B2 fire retardancy rating. Supplied factory-primed with a smooth white acrylic technical coat, it is ready for paint finishing. Installation requires clean wall surfaces, 45° miter cuts made with a fine-tooth saw, continuous PU assembly adhesive on joining edges, and mechanical countersunk screws. Fill screw holes with acrylic filler, sand with 180-220 grit, and apply water-based or synthetic paint.
