Decorative Corner Trim
Polure decorative corner trim provides refined architectural corner accents designed to protect and embellish wall intersections and paneling transitions. Molded from high-density rigid polyurethane (150-220 kg/m³), this corner profile offers wood-like mechanical toughness while keeping wall load minimal. Featuring a closed-cell physical matrix, its water absorption stays strictly below 1%, ensuring complete immunity to moisture, swelling, rot, and mold in humid rooms like bathrooms and kitchens. Fire-rated to class B2 and thermally stable between -100 °C / +80 °C, each piece is supplied factory pre-coated in white acrylic primer. Installation requires clean surfaces, applying a continuous bead of polyurethane assembly adhesive on wall contact backs, and compulsory mechanical fixing with countersunk screws. Silicone adhesive is strictly forbidden. Joint lines and screw indentations are filled with acrylic filler, sanded smooth with 180-220 grit paper, and finished with interior water-based or synthetic topcoats.
