Polyurethane Balcony Profile

Polyurethane balcony profiles produced from high-density rigid polyurethane (150-220 kg/m³) deliver weather-resistant exterior trim for balcony eaves, floor edges, and balustrade bases. Offering wood-equivalent mechanical strength without rotting or swelling, these balcony profiles hold up against hail, freezing rain, and extreme solar heat (-100 °C / +80 °C). With a closed-cell structural formulation keeping water absorption strictly under 1%, they provide complete moisture rejection for exterior building facades. Pre-primed with a factory white acrylic technical primer, Polure balcony profiles require a topcoat of elastic, UV-resistant exterior facade paint. Installation calls for clean substrate preparation, 45° miter jointing, continuous PU assembly adhesive, and mechanical screw attachment (silicone adhesive is strictly forbidden). Lightly sand with 180-220 grit paper prior to painting for optimal finish adhesion.
