Facade Column Decoration

Polure facade column decorations elevate exterior building entrances, porticos, and veranda colonnades with classical capitals, column bases, and fluted or smooth shaft trims. Manufactured from high-density rigid polyurethane (150-220 kg/m³), these exterior decorative column accents offer timber-like mechanical durability without adding structural weight. Featuring closed-cell composition with under 1% water absorption, they resist rotting, swelling, frost, and algae growth under severe outdoor weather. Operating within temperature ranges from -100 °C / +80 °C and certified with a B2 fire rating, every piece arrives factory-primed with a white acrylic technical primer. Note that polyurethane column elements are NON-LOAD-BEARING; structural loads require an internal steel support. Install using continuous polyurethane assembly adhesive on contact faces and joints, secure with countersunk screws, fill with facade putty, sand (180-220 grit), and paint with elastic exterior UV paint.
