Architectural Relief
Polure Architectural Relief adds dramatic three-dimensional depth, ornate classical motifs, and artistic elegance to interior feature walls, pediments, and ceiling centers. Precision-molded from rigid high-density polyurethane (150-220 kg/m³), this relief panel delivers wood-equivalent mechanical strength without the warping, checking, or heavy dead load of traditional plaster carvings. Featuring a closed-cell water absorption rate strictly under 1%, it remains unaffected by humidity, making it suitable for grand living rooms, dining halls, and boutique hotel lobbies. Rated B2 fire retardant and thermally stable from -100 °C / +80 °C. Installation requires applying a continuous line of polyurethane assembly adhesive on rear contact faces and perimeter joinery seams, reinforced with countersunk mechanical screws; silicone adhesives are strictly forbidden. Screw holes and seam joints should be filled with acrylic filler and sanded smooth using 180-220 grit paper. Pre-primed at the factory with white acrylic primer, it accepts any standard water-based interior paint or decorative gilding.
