Architectural Relief Panel
Polure architectural relief panel provides artistic texture and sculptured depth for interior feature walls and exterior facade accents. Molded from high-density rigid polyurethane (150-220 kg/m³), this decorative relief panel achieves wood-like mechanical toughness while remaining lightweight for easy mounting on drywall or masonry. Its closed-cell physical core maintains water absorption strictly below 1%, rendering it completely immune to moisture, rot, and mold in living rooms, luxury bathrooms, or building exteriors. Fire-rated to class B2 and thermally stable between -100 °C / +80 °C, each panel arrives pre-coated with factory white acrylic primer. Installation requires clean, dry substrates. Apply a continuous bead of polyurethane assembly adhesive on mounting faces and join edges; silicone sealant is strictly forbidden. Mechanical screw fixing is required for permanent safety; countersink screw heads, fill with acrylic putty, sand smooth with 180-220 grit paper, and coat with water-based, synthetic, or exterior UV-resistant paints.
