Architectural Polymer Pillar

Polure architectural polymer pillar brings classical grandeur and durable vertical elegance to entryways, interior halls, and exterior building facades. Molded from high-density rigid polyurethane (150-220 kg/m³), this decorative pillar delivers wood-like mechanical toughness and stone appearance while remaining lightweight. Designed with a hollow center, it is strictly NON-LOAD-BEARING; structural loads must be carried by an internal steel column profile, and pouring concrete inside is strictly forbidden. Its closed-cell physical core ensures water absorption stays below 1%, making it completely immune to rot, swelling, or mold growth outdoors or in humid spaces. Fire-rated to B2 class and thermally stable from -100 °C / +80 °C, it comes pre-coated with factory white acrylic primer. Installation requires clean, level substrate surfaces. Apply a continuous bead of polyurethane assembly adhesive on joint faces; silicone sealant is strictly forbidden. Mechanical screw fixing is mandatory for safety; screw heads are countersunk, filled with acrylic filler, sanded flat with 180-220 grit paper, and coated with water-based interior paints or elastic UV-resistant exterior paints.
