Architectural Framing Trim
Polure architectural framing trim profiles allow designers to build classic wall boiserie, mirror borders, and ceiling recessed frames. Molded from rigid high-density polyurethane (150-220 kg/m³), these moldings feature wood-like mechanical durability while being light and easy to work with. The non-porous closed-cell formulation ensures under 1% water absorption, providing absolute protection against mold, rot, and swelling. Rated B2 for fire safety and stable between -100 °C / +80 °C, they come factory-primed with white acrylic coating. Installation requires miter joints, continuous PU assembly adhesive on all contact edges, and mechanical countersunk screws.
