Architectural Column Cover

Polure architectural column cover provides a decorative, high-performance solution for encasing structural posts, steel beams, and concrete supports in residential and commercial architecture. Manufactured from high-density rigid polyurethane (150-220 kg/m³), this column wrap delivers wood-like mechanical strength while remaining lightweight to prevent structural stress. Featuring a closed-cell composition with water absorption under 1%, it will not rot, warp, swell, or harbor mold across extreme temperatures from -100 °C / +80 °C. Rated Class B2 for self-extinguishing fire safety, each section comes pre-coated with factory white acrylic technical primer. Designed as a hollow decorative cladding shell, it seamlessly joins around existing structural supports. Installation requires continuous polyurethane assembly adhesive along joining edges and wall surfaces, paired with mechanical countersunk screws. Fill seams with acrylic putty, sand smooth with 180-220 grit paper, and paint.
