Lightweight Corbels

Polure lightweight corbels deliver classic architectural elegance and ornamental relief without creating heavy load burdens on interior plasterboard or masonry walls. Precision-molded from rigid high-density polyurethane (150-220 kg/m³), these decorative brackets offer wood-like mechanical durability while being significantly lighter than solid timber or plaster plasterwork. Their closed-cell polymer composition guarantees water absorption strictly below 1%, making them rot-proof, warp-proof, and impervious to mold in humid bathrooms or entranceways. Operating reliably between -100 °C / +80 °C with Class B2 fire safety certification, each corbel is factory-coated with white acrylic primer. Installation is easy for a single installer: apply a continuous bead of polyurethane assembly adhesive on contact edges paired with countersunk mechanical screws (silicone is strictly forbidden). Fill screw holes with acrylic putty, sand smooth with 180-220 grit paper, and finish with two coats of paint.
