Acanthus Leaf Bracket

Polure acanthus leaf brackets offer ornate classical corbel styling for eave overhangs, interior beams, door pediments, and mantel surrounds. Precision-molded from high-density rigid polyurethane (150-220 kg/m³), these brackets recreate hand-carved acanthus leaf scrollwork with hardwood-like mechanical durability and lightweight handling. Their closed-cell structure keeps water absorption under 1%, protecting them against rot, swelling, mold, and humidity damage. Tested for B2 fire class safety, they maintain dimensional stability across temperatures from -100 °C / +80 °C. Supplied factory-primed with white acrylic paint, they accept water-based, synthetic, or antique glaze topcoats. Installation requires continuous polyurethane assembly adhesive on rear and top contact faces alongside countersunk mechanical screws. Screw holes and joints are filled with acrylic putty, sanded smooth with 180-220 grit, and painted.
