For professionals and homeowners seeking an aesthetic touch in architectural projects and personal living spaces, our Ornaments and Mirrors category offers Polure’s exclusive solutions. Adding depth to spaces while enriching the atmosphere with light play, these products leave behind the weight and limitations of traditional materials. Polure Ornaments are manufactured from high-density rigid polyurethane (PU) raw material, offering a hardness close to wood (150-200 kg/m³) yet a remarkably lightweight structure.
Limitless Expression in Design and Aesthetics
Polure’s Ornaments collection offers a wide design spectrum for both interior and exterior spaces. In particular, polyurethane mirror frame models bring the elegance of classic mirror frames to modern interiors, blending seamlessly with every style from Baroque to Neoclassical, minimalist lines to Art Deco influences. Ornate wall mirror designs can combine with wall panels or ceiling medallions to become the focal point of a room. Thanks to Polure’s detailed molding technology, even the most intricate motifs come to life with flawless craftsmanship, providing unparalleled visual richness in decorative mirrors and other ornamental elements.
Superior Technical Specifications and Longevity
Polyurethane-based decorative elements stand out not only for their aesthetics but also for their technical superiority. Thanks to their closed-cell structure, the water absorption rate is below 1%, making them an ideal choice for humid environments. With temperature resistance ranging from -20°C to +80°C, they do not lose their shape, preserving their first-day appearance in indoor and outdoor spaces for years. Their high dimensional stability prevents issues like shrinkage, expansion, or warping. Compared to plaster, their lightweight and shatterproof structure offers easy installation, while they resist rot and insect infestation far better than wood. They also provide much harder and more detailed surfaces compared to EPS foam.
Customization and Ease of Installation
Polure Ornaments come with a factory primer and can be easily painted with water-based or synthetic paints. This feature allows interior designers and homeowners to customize the products to perfectly match the room's color palette. For polyurethane products used on exteriors, a UV-resistant paint application is mandatory. The material's contribution to thermal and acoustic insulation also serves the goal of creating comfortable living spaces. The surface can be filled, sanded, and easily painted, ensuring these products are long-lasting and repairable.

Usage Areas
Polure Ornaments offer a wide range of applications thanks to their aesthetic and functional advantages. In interiors, large-scale polyurethane mirror frames can create a grand entrance on living room focal walls, while decorative mirror applications above consoles or fireplaces in dining rooms enrich spatial perception. In bedrooms, a stylish ambiance can be achieved with full-length mirrors or ornate wall mirror details behind the headboard. In narrow areas like entryways and hallways, the reflective power of mirrors makes spaces feel larger and airier. In commercial projects, Polure Ornaments are used as value-adding brand identity elements in prestigious areas such as luxury hotel lobbies, boutique shops, restaurants, and beauty salons. On exteriors, when coated with UV-resistant paint, they add aesthetic value to outdoor spaces alongside general polyurethane decorative elements like window surrounds, brackets, or floor moldings.
Installation
Installing Polure Ornaments yields easy and permanent results when the correct steps are followed. It is critical that the application surface is completely dry, smooth, and free of dust, grease, and moisture. For cuts, flawless joints are achieved using a fine-toothed saw with a 45° miter-cut technique. During the bonding phase, special polyurethane adhesives like Polure Polfix should be applied evenly to all contact surfaces, especially the edges and center; SILICONE-based adhesives must absolutely not be used. For large or heavy Ornaments, mechanical fastening with screws is MANDATORY to prevent sagging during the curing process and ensure long-term durability. Finally, screw heads and joints are filled, sanded smooth with 180-220 grit sandpaper, primed, and finished with two coats of topcoat paint. For exterior applications, joints and screw points must be sealed with exterior filler and finished with UV-resistant paint.
Care Information
Polure polyurethane Ornaments are highly durable products requiring minimal maintenance. For routine cleaning, a slightly damp, soft microfiber cloth and a pH-neutral, non-abrasive cleaning agent are sufficient. Avoid thinners, bleach, acids, or other harsh chemical-based cleaners that could damage the surface. For mirrored ornaments, the glass surface can be cleaned with standard glass cleaners, taking care not to let the cleaning agent contact the frame or decorative details. With proper care, Polure Ornaments will retain their original aesthetic appeal for years.
