Delivery and Return Conditions
Delivery Time and Notification
The delivery time of your orders may vary depending on the characteristics of the product and the production schedule. The estimated delivery time is notified to the customer in writing or verbally at the time the order is received.
Delivery Method and Responsibility
All our products are sold ex works (EXW). Transport and shipping costs belong to the buyer. Products must be checked on the day they are received; otherwise the responsibility belongs to the buyer. Our contracted carrier does not provide insured delivery. Therefore, our company does not accept responsibility in case of damage; we recommend that you prefer your own vehicle or transport.
Return Conditions
All our products are custom-made. Pursuant to Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, there is no right of withdrawal for products manufactured according to the consumer's personal requests and demands.
The return acceptance quantity is limited to 10%. For returned and cancelled products, 30% general expenses are deducted.
Returns are not accepted for custom-made, painted and deformed products (wooden beams, radius and flexible products).
In case of a manufacturing defect originating from our company or an incorrect product shipment, a return or exchange can be made provided that the product is delivered to us unused, unassembled, in its original packaging and complete.
Shipping or transport costs are not covered by our company under any circumstances, including returns and exchanges.
If products delivered to the carrier are returned because the buyer cannot be reached or there is an error in the contact information, the outbound and return shipping costs belong to the buyer.
Order and Production Conditions
Products for which no advance payment is received are not included in the production schedule.
Orders whose payment is not completed are not shipped.
Products must be picked up within a maximum of 10 days from the delivery date; otherwise a daily storage fee is applied.
The quotation validity period is 7 days.
If products not included in the quotation are added later, an additional fee is applied.
The given lead time (production time) is valid only for the same day.
