The Focal Point of Architectural Design and Aesthetic Experience
Establishing visual hierarchy in interior design is the most effective way to add depth to any space. Polure Combined Models merge the noble elegance of classical architecture with modern technology, creating a captivating focal point in living rooms, lobbies, and lounge areas. The decorative electric fireplace mantels in this exclusive collection eliminate the hassles of traditional wood-burning units, bringing prestige to contemporary living spaces. The warmth and gathering spirit symbolized by fireplace culture are beautifully reimagined through modern engineering solutions.
The Advantages of High-Density Structural Materials
The designs in our collection are manufactured using a high-density rigid polymer formula (150-200 kg/m³). Delivering a hardness comparable to natural wood, this closed-cell structure offers exceptional impact resistance without the cracking or crumbling associated with plaster alternatives. Thanks to their lightweight design, these mantels do not add structural load to buildings, making them a safe and ideal choice for mezzanine floors and high-rise projects. With a moisture absorption rate of less than one percent, they will not warp, shrink, or crack over time like wood, maintaining their dimensional stability for decades.
The Synergy of Technology and Classical Lines
Our Combined Models are perfectly dimensioned to accommodate modern LED fireplaces or artificial flame inserts. Cast from high-precision CNC molds, the outer frames captivate with classical column capitals, fluted pillars, and intricate relief details on the crown. Delivered with a factory-applied white primer coat, the surfaces can be easily painted with water-based or synthetic paints. This makes them highly adaptable for interior designers wishing to apply gold leaf, distressing, or patina techniques to match any project's color palette.
A Sustainable and Value-Adding Investment
Time and labor management directly impact project budgets. With a structure that is easy to cut, sand, and fill, this product line significantly reduces installation times on-site. By optimizing the high costs associated with traditional marble or solid stone craftsmanship, this low-maintenance system represents a highly profitable long-term investment for residential and hospitality projects. As design trends evolve over time, the outer mantel can easily be repainted to fit an entirely new interior concept.
Usage Areas
Our Combined Models provide the perfect foundation for decorative electric fireplace installations in modern apartments, penthouses, and residences where chimney connections are impossible. They are frequently selected to elevate corporate prestige in hotel lobbies, VIP lounges of luxury restaurants, and executive offices. In private villas, they are used to create warm, inviting seating areas in master bedrooms as well as main living rooms. Thanks to their water- and moisture-resistant cellular structure, they can be safely installed in sunrooms, indoor pool areas, and well-insulated covered terraces, provided there is no direct water contact. The top mantel shelf also serves as an elegant display surface for architectural objects, accent lighting, or fine art.
Installation
Installing the Combined Models requires adhering to specific guidelines to preserve both structural integrity and aesthetic appeal. First, the wall surface must be completely clean, dry, and level. Corner joints and profiles should be precisely cut at 45-degree angles using a miter saw. Standard silicone adhesives must never be used for bonding; instead, high-strength specialty adhesives like Polure Polfix should be preferred. Mechanical fastening with screws is required to secure the material to the wall. Screw heads and joints must be filled with a high-quality exterior-grade filler, and once dry, sanded smooth using 180-220 grit sandpaper. Finally, a primer should be applied, followed by at least two coats of water-based or synthetic paint to complete the installation.
Care Information
The closed-cell polymer material does not trap dust or surface grime. For daily maintenance, simply dusting with a soft, slightly damp microfiber cloth is sufficient. Avoid using paint thinners, bleach, or highly acidic chemical solvents for surface cleaning. In the event of accidental deep scratches or impacts, the damaged area can easily be restored to its original condition by applying a light filler, sanding, and spot-painting.
